Join us at the 2023 State of the City luncheon presented by Valley Strong Credit Union. This forum is one of the Chamber’s premier business events where we will hear from city officials about the progress on Bakersfield’s most pressing issues. Together, we’ll gain a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by our great city and learn that they cannot be overcome single-handedly.
This year, Bakersfield Mayor Karen Goh and City Manager Christian Clegg met with community leaders who expressed concerns that impact them daily. Our city leaders will be addressing how residents can work toward resolutions while also highlighting the past year’s projects and achievements as well as future plans for Bakersfield.
Event Details
The event will be held at the Bakersfield Marriott at the Convention Center, 801 Truxtun Ave on Wednesday, July 19. Check-in begins at 11:30 a.m., with the program following from noon to 1:30 p.m. Cost is $90 for a seat or $1,000 for a table of 10.
